As the nights get warmer, the summer tours are coming out to play. On May 17, Tove Lo brought her “Dirt Femme” extravaganza to Orlando, Florida’s House of Blues along with special guest, Slayyyter. The line of eager fans wrapped around the venue and extended almost a quarter of a mile away by the time doors opened for the sold out show.
Slayyyter gave an energized performance, pumping up the crowd with her hyper-pop beats. She is joining the “Dirt Femme” tour for the entirety of its current leg, so be sure to get these dates early to dance!
Upon a stage adorned with clouds and a dazzling light show, Tove Lo gave an ethereal performance to her adoring audience. The set was accompanied by multiple costume changes, adding a playful, yet powerful touch to each act of her show. The setlist included 20 of her signature danceable tunes from all eras of her career. She also added an intimate element with a few stripped-down tracks. These special arrangements allowed her to showcase her vocal talent, illuminated by every cell phone flashlight in the crowd.
Between this current leg of the “Dirt Femme” tour, stops at major festivals all across the world, as well as a few more North American dates in September, your chances of catching a Tove Lo set in your area are very high. Don’t delay picking up those tickets, many of the non-festival dates are already sold out!
