Wrapping up their debut album cycle, Meet Me @ The Altar’s The Say It To My Face Tour made a stop in New Haven, Connecticut this past weekend. Full of great opening acts and an action packed headline set, the fans at Toad’s Place were in for a special evening.
Elliot Lee started out the night with some great energy. Fans on the barricade wore party hats and brought special signs to celebrate Elliot’s birthday. John Harvie came out soon after and impressed everyone with his incredible voice. Wrapping up the opening bands, Honey Revenge got everyone in the building up onto their feet. Their debut album also came out over the past year and a lot of the crowd was singing along.
The energy in the room was at an all time high when Meet Me @ The Altar came out. Their set was very fun with people surfing to the front and moshing in the back. To keep up tradition from their first headline tour in 2023, they included a cover mashup of songs that they wish they wrote. I’ve seen and covered this band multiple times over the past few years and it’s really great to see both how they’ve grown as well as how their fanbase has grown along with them. We cannot wait to see what 2024 has in store for Meet Me @ The Altar and you definitely should too! Find tour date info here!
