Finishing up a month and a half on the road, San Diego native’s almost monday ended their tour in Boston, Massachusetts last Tuesday with a sold out show at Cafe 939. Most of the room was packed before Ethan Surman even stepped on stage to open up the show. He started off the night with a stage full of instruments and friends. This Berklee student has a lot of exciting things in his future that you definitely need to watch out for.
almost monday’s headline set was truly incredible. Coming off of a huge tour opening for The Driver Era, a large percentage of the crowd had seen them just last month, but came back to dance and jump with them again. The show even included a fan project of paper suns during their song “sun keeps on shining.” If you like indie pop and a band that puts on an energetic show every time, almost monday is the band for you!
