Not only did she create a massive hit that left its mark on TikTok and pop music as a whole, but she also left as much of a memorable impression playing in Boston on her own tour as she did opening for Taylor Swift earlier this year.
GAYLE performed at Brighton Music Hall in Boston during her “scared but trying tour.” The tour name itself relates to her target audience and this generation as a whole. That’s part of what makes GAYLE’s music, audience, and performance so great – the relatability. Being only 19 years old, you can tell that she really connects with her fans, as she talked to them on stage and had conversation with them about shared experiences, while the crowd jumped and screamed in excitement, letting her know that they related to her words. She always spoke straight from the heart, which really displayed her passion about each song.
