Judah & The Lion’s Happy Again Tour stopped through North Carolina on March 31st. Playing in Greensboro at Piedmont Hall with local band blankstate. was a show not to miss.
blankstate. is a three-piece indie band from Charlotte, NC. They immediately captured the attention of the crowd with their fun energy and genuine interactions. They shared that this was the biggest show they’ve played and that they met Judah 6 years ago and have now opened for him.
Judah & The Lion put on one of the most entertaining sets I’ve seen in a long time! When it ended it left me wanting more. From the lighting, to song choices, to moments of the band talking to the crowd—it was all memorable. But my favorite part was during the last song and into the encore. Judah came into the crowd and sang with fans and taking photos. It felt as if everyone in the room was connected and brought together by the band, which is what music is really all about.
