Wallows’ Model World Tour

Spending two nights at MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston, everyone’s favorite underground indie band Wallows, is not so underground anymore. The first night started out with an incredible performance from BENEE who ended her performance with the viral “Supalonely.” Fans were jumping and dancing around for the entire time she was on stage.

Wallows started out their set performing “Don’t Wait” behind a giant white sheet. As it fell, the band was in full view as they began to play the rest of their set. Throughout the night, the backdrop behind the band would periodically change with different overlays for different sections of the performance. About halfway through the show, Dylan Minnette disappeared from the stage and wandered through the crowd while singing “She’s an Actress.” By the time he made it back to the front, the stage had been transformed for the acoustic part of their set. This section was very fun and brought a few older songs to life in a whole new way.

The entire performance was truly amazing and left everyone in the building wanting more. Luckily, they were playing the same venue the next night with a slightly different setlist! The Model World Tour is continuing across the entire world through the end of the year, don’t miss it!
