Young the Giant’s Summer Tour with opener Milky Chance stopped by the Red Hat Amphitheater in Raleigh, NC on July 16th.
I have to say, hearing Milky Chance perform “Stolen Dance” live was one of my favorite moments from a show ever. Their whole set was full of good vibes and kept everyone on their feet. Definitely recommend catching them live if you can!
The last time I saw Young The Giant was in 2018 at a 1k cap venue, so you can imagine my excitement 5 years later when I got to see them in an almost 6k venue. Their set was absolutely beautiful. The lighting, costumes, and of course Sameer’s dance moves. Everything together made the show so enjoyable that it seemed to be over too quick. The set had a focus on their newest album American Bollywood but still included some favorites from their previous ones. Their show is the perfect summer show, full of nonstop fun.
