Give us a little background on who/what The Fashion Enthusiast is!
The Fashion Enthusiast is a unisex apparel brand which exemplifies all things fashion. Created by wardrobe stylist and creative, Asantè (@asanteshakirahh), TFE launched in August of 2019.
What is the main goal of the brand? What do you hope people take away from your brand?
My goal is for TFE to become an apparel hub for creatives in fashion and other industries.
What (or who) was the biggest inspiration behind starting this brand?
I am inspired by seeing my creativity and the creativity of others manifest. Fashion which is art, lives forever.
Are there any new products coming soon that we should be on the watch for?
New designs dropping before the end of the year!
What is the best piece of advice you can give another person who wants to start their own clothing business?
Mentors and business managers can be very useful. Be receptive to knowledge! There is so much to learn in the entrepreneur space.
What do you hope to accomplish in the new year?
TFE is only 2 months old, so one of the things I hope to accomplish is to get more eyes on the brand using PR opportunities like this one!
Is there anything else about your brand that we should know about?
This is my second apparel business venture. My first was online vintage clothing boutique, Clouded Vision Apparel (@cloudedvisionapparel), which I started in my college dorm room.
