In Between Days: Festival Tickets on Sale Now!

  • by

The sun has finally begun to set after 5pm, and before we know it, the 80-degree days and cool nights will be back. In preparation for the summer, there have been plenty of announcements: artists going on tour or festival dates. With that in mind, there is one more festival that you should put on your calendar: In Between Days.

The In Between Days Festival will be at the Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy, Massachusetts, the weekend of August 19th and 20th. For its second year, the festival will be expanding – having 23 artists performing between two stages. Headlining this year are Modest Mouse, Lord Huron, Metric, Trampled by Turtles, and Sunny Day Real Estate. Other artists performing are Cautious Clay, Yoke Lore, Blitzen Trapper, Allison Pontheir, Illiterate Light, Slothrust, Fantastic Cat, and Miko Mars.

There are several acts from across New England that will be performing as well: Weakened Friends, shallow pools, Kat Wright, Dwight & Nicole, Paper Tigers, Dutch Tulips, Carissa Johnson, Mint Green, Gypsy Moths, and Sweet Petunias. Most of these acts are from Boston or have strong ties to the city, bringing a strong sense of community.

Listening to music is not the only activity at the festival – there will be shopping, food trucks, and an arcade! Both Little City Thrifty Vintage Market and The Good Trade Makers Market partnered with In Between Days to bring a unique shopping experience featuring vintage fashion, home decor, vinyl dealers, and independent makers selling their products. The Bit Bar in Salem, Massachusetts, will be bringing an arcade, and there will be other local restaurants and food trucks as well.

As a person who has grown up in New England and has spent a great amount of time in Boston, I cannot wait to see how this festival is going to be. The excitement that I get thinking about how fun this is going to be – having a great time with the Boston community – is unmatched. If there was one event that could define this summer for you, In Between Days would be it.

Tickets are on sale now, with Tier 1 pricing begins at $149 for a Two-Day General Admission pass, and $349 for a Two-Day VIP ticket.
